Deglon Sabatier Knives

In 1921 Swiss Jean Déglon, set up his workshop in Tiers, France, specialising in high quality manufacturing. The modern Deglon Sebatier Knife has a solid round bolster, comprised of stainless steel blade and black thermoplastic handle assembled with three aluminium rivets.
