Chef Stuff Returns Policy

Chef Stuff is primarily a B2B (Business to Business) store, and our Terms & Conditions are oriented towards commercial users and business customers. We are committed to supporting our customers and will always strive to act in their best interest, especially in cases where items are ordered in error or are not fit for the intended purpose. If items are damaged in transit, incorrect, or do not match the description on our website, we will collect and replace (or refund) them as quickly as possible at no cost.

Returns Policy:

  1. Change of Mind or Not as Expected:

    • Goods sold within the UK mainland may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 10 days, provided they are unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging.
    • After 10 days but within 30 days of delivery, returned Goods may incur a 25% restocking fee.
    • 'Light Equipment' items returned but not defective may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
    • Large or bulky items returned but not defective may incur a fixed restocking fee, typically £75.
    • Certain items, due to hygiene reasons, cannot be returned. Items like knives must be returned in adequate packaging for health and safety reasons. Last-in-line or special-to-order items may also be non-returnable.
    • Non-saleable items will not be refunded and will only be returned at our discretion.
    • For some items sourced directly from wholesalers or manufacturers, a restocking fee may apply, particularly for large appliances.
  2. Condition and Packaging:

    • Returned items must be well-packed to ensure they arrive undamaged.
    • A refund will be processed after the item has been returned to stock.
  3. Return Process:

    • Please contact us to arrange a return. We will provide a specific return address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    • The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the package to ensure proper processing by our warehouse staff.
    • Do not return parcels to Chef Stuff's registered office address, as this will cause delays.
