Delivery Service and Standard Charges
Orders under £100 (excl VAT) are charged at £7.00 (+ VAT) for UK Mainland Delivery postcode addresses (see Yellow Zone map)
Products indicated as 'Stock Items' are normally scheduled for delivery within the following 1-2 working days, unless otherwise specified on the item description (e.g. larger appliances or heavy items requiring lorry transport). Exceptionally, adverse weather, bank holidays or other transport disruptions, for which we have no control, may cause some delay.
For items held in stock, we strive to deliver orders for both Free and Standard Paid shipping, next working day (currently 95% success rate)
Despatch Scheduling
Standard DHL delivery is 1-2 working days, to ensure you get the best chance of this, please try place orders before 3pm, we do our upmost to get orders processed and dispatched for next day, however this is never guaranteed.
Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday and before 3pm on Friday, should be processed and dispatched ready for Monday / Tuesday delivery, orders placed after 3pm on Fridays, should expect to be delivered Tuesday / Wednesday
Bank Holidays: we publish amended delivery schedules in advance.
Parcel Tracking Information
After your order has been processed and when available, we will forward you the tracking link for your delivery. Ordinarily, this information will give you your delivery time to within about 60 minutes of arrival.
Age-restricted Product Deliveries
Products marked as age restricted (18 years & over) may require an ID check on delivery. We will not deliver such items to minors
Offshore & Remote Postcodes (Red & Blue Zones)
Due to distance, we are unable to offer a premium delivery service (Next day before noon & Saturday deliveries) to postcodes in these zones.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE:
Standard delivery times by our carriers are between 07:00 and 18:30.
We will forward you, by email, parcel tracking details web address for your order prior to delivery. It will provide delivery time estimates and the current location and status of you parcel(s).
Please note your deliveries need to be signed for .A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made, where possible we will also provide delivery notification including inflight options to make alternative arrangements. Post 2 failed delivery attempts, a card will be left and you can collect from local DHL depot.
Please note, for restricted items, such as knives and certain chemicals, the receiver must be over 18 years of age and may be asked to prove this with appropriate identification document/evidence by the delivery agent.
For parcels exceeding 30kg in weight, our carriers will require assistance when delivering to your premises
The following yellow zone post codes are despatched on a 48hr service: AB31, AB33-56, PH10-11, PH13-14, FK8, FK17-21.
*Blue Zone: Liquids over 1ltr will be shipped on a 48hr service.
Items advertised with extended delivery lead times (not held in stock) are not eligible for premium delivery services.
NON-UK EU DESTINATIONS
We are normally able to deliver to business addresses in other EU countries but please call us on 44 1568 368250 or use the contact form for information about additional shipping charges and estimated delivery times.
LARGE APPLIANCES
Large items, such as Refrigeration, Range Ovens, or anything >60kg, are shipped via XPO, for the yellow zone, standard delivery is 1-2 working days, for red zone standard delivery is 2-3 days, and for the blue zone standard delivery is 3-4 working days.
Here are a few questions to ensure delivery runs smoothly:
Can a lorry (bin-lorry size) reach the delivery address
Is there legal parking nearby?
Will someone be in?
Will the item fit through the doorway, around bends, and through corridors?
XPO require a pre-delivery phone call to book in delivery, if the phone call is missed, a voicemail will be left, please ensure you return their call, please note that without this phone call XPO will not attempt to deliver. XPO will hold the item(s) for 3 working days, and continue to try make contact, failing this, the item(s) will be returned to the warehouse, and a re-delivery of £82+VAT will be chargeable, if you wish to cancel, a re-stocking fee of £85+VAT will be deducted from the refund.
