How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges depend on your location and order value (excl. VAT):

  • UK Mainland: £7.00 under £100 | FREE over £100
  • Northern Ireland, IoM, IoW, Scilly Isles: £14.00 under £100 | £7.00 over £100
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: £14.00 under £100 | £7.00 over £100
  • Channel Islands: £18.00 under £100 | £12.00 over £100

How quickly will my order arrive?

Stock items are typically delivered within 1-2 working days for UK Mainland orders. Place your order by 3pm to help ensure prompt dispatch. Orders placed Thursday evening or Friday are usually delivered the following Monday. Saturday delivery is currently suspended.

Please note that delivery times may be longer for certain postcodes, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, and Alderney.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email from our courier (DHL, XPO, or other couriers depending on your order). This will give you an estimated delivery time, usually within a 60-minute window on the day of delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Returns & Refunds


What is your returns policy?

If items are damaged in transit, incorrect, or don't match the website description, we will collect and replace or refund them at no cost. For change of mind or incorrectly ordered items, a minimum restocking fee of 10% applies. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

How do I arrange a return?

Please contact us to arrange a return. We'll provide a return address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be clearly labelled on the package. Do not return parcels to our registered office address as this will cause delays.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Special order or spare parts items not listed on our website are excluded from our returns policy. Last-in-line or non-saleable items will not be refunded.

How quickly must I report an issue with my order?

Any items received in error or damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this time may not be correctable and could incur extra charges.

We offer over 40,000 products from more than 500 trusted brands, covering kitchen equipment, tableware, appliances, clothing, and more.

Are there any age-restricted products?

Yes. Knives, blades, and certain chemicals are restricted to customers aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested on delivery.

What warranty do your products carry?

All items carry a minimum of a one-year parts-only warranty unless otherwise stated. This is the manufacturer's warranty.
