Make your fruit, veg, meat and fish go that-bit further, with the 10-tray dehydrator from Buffalo. By slowly and gently warming food, moisture is removed, shelf life is extended and unique, interesting textures can be created. This makes the dehydrator ideal for prolonging the life of produce that is soon to go out of date - instead using the ingredients in future recipes and reducing food waste.
Heat generated by an internal circular element is evenly distributed throughout the dehydrator by a fan, ensuring consistent dehydration throughout all ten of the trays - ideal for dehydrating in large batches.
And the user-friendly digital control panel allows you to precisely control and time the dehydrating process. The Buffalo dehydrator is so versatile it can also be used to produce pot pourri or beef jerky.
