Mona Lisa's marbled chocolate Blossoms look like small and delicately rolled up flower petals. Made with Callebaut's Belgian white and dark chocolate and featuring a surprising marbled effect, they are great for adding a delicate crisp and refined look to your desserts, pastries and truffles. Blossoms are also a great way to top off drinks. Simply sprinkle them on top of marshmallows or whipped cream and let them slowly melt away.

Ingredients - sugar 50.0%; cocoa mass 17.0%; cocoa butter 17.0%; whole MILK powder 15.5%; emulsifier: SOYA lecithin less than 1%; natural vanilla flavouring less than 1%.
