A single machine for freezing and storing gelato in a small space and at the correct temperature.
The gelato will always be ready to serve, maintaining a perfect consistency all day long.. Floor standing batch freezer with storage compartment for gelato and sorbet, 2-3kg per cycle. The Quartetto delivers 3kg of gelato per cycle and is our only vertical batch freezer.
