Fitted with inboard oil drainage, this unit is much safer and hassle-free compared to units that require external piping for their oil. A single pump filtration system will filter your oil and make it ready for use in five minutes, whilst simultaneously removing the risk and effort of lifting and exchanging heavy oil barrels which is typical of other fryers.
