With six fast-acting circular hotplates and a large 2/1 GN compatible fan-assisted oven, the electric Dominator Plus E3101 OTC 6HP is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment available for the modern kitchen. The oven has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and a temperature range of 100-250°C. The vitreous enamelled oven chamber has a full width removable drip tray, making it simpler to clean and to keep clean.
