With its traditional random cut local Spanish stone design, the Stone 90 has a highly distinctive and eye-catching Mediterranean styling. The special fire clay is what makes the magic happen - incredibly high heat resistance and refractory design ensures the oven stays hotter for longer. This makes cooking much more consistent and fuel efficient. The efficiency is essential, as it also means a high cooking temperature is reached faster (just 30 minutes), and less wood is needed to keep the same temperature.
