Keep best-selling meals in bulk ready for peak times using a Hoshizaki Blast Chiller/Freezer, efficient and ideal for both the chilling of large meals or the freezing of other ingredients for future use. With capacity for up to ten full sized GN pans (not included) you can choose to prepare excess quantities of a few select dishes or preserve a range of meals from your menu to ensure nothing is unavailable when things get busy. The machine's ability to freeze as well as chill means the unit can be equally adapted to freezing key ingredients or large deliveries when space is at a minimum.
