This Bistro salt mill from Peugeot has been upcycled from wood normally discarded for it's imperfections, sandblasted with nutshells to give a textured, rustic finish.

With a grind control knob on the head of the mill, you can adjust to obtain the preferred grind size. This allows you to bring out just the right amount of aromatic depth, enhancing the salts flavour specifically for your dish.
