The Scotsman MF 88 Modular Ice Flaker produces Flake Ice extruded at a temperature just below 0 °C with 25% residual water content hence very rich in moisture.

We recommend the Scotsman HF90-S Water Filter accessory with this unit which comes complete with head adapters and scale inhibitor to ensure a long lifetime for the unit and less chance of it breaking down.
