The P10 offers a fully automatic, hassle-free experience, with the ability to load Bradley Bisquettes and smoke for up to 10 hours without constant supervision. It features dual temperature probes to measure the internal temperature of recipes, ensuring perfect doneness every time.
For those looking to expand, the P10 can accommodate an extra rack (sold separately), increasing capacity to five racks. The smoker is made with a professional-grade, fully insulated 76L stainless steel body, and is completely digital, allowing users to set the time, temperature, and smoke level with precision. The P10 offers consistent, delicious smoked results every time and includes smart smoking technology for up to 50 customizable recipes. Users can create and download their favorite recipes via USB, giving complete control over time, smoke, and temperature settings for the perfect outcome.
Cold smoking is possible with the addition of a large tray of ice inside the P10, without applying heat. For best results, cold smoking is recommended during colder external temperatures. Bradley Bisquettes are sold separately.
