Falcon F900 Four Hotplate Electric Oven Range on Castors E9184
The E9184 features four high performance 4kW cast iron hotplates. The deep drawn pressed wells in the one piece hob contain spillages and wide raised corners prevent grease and grime build up and are easy to clean and keep clean. The hotplates are 300mm square and have 6 heat positions. 2mm thick 304 culinary grade stainless steel construction provide robustness and longevity. The laser cut hob enables edge to edge joining of equipment, providing the benefits of a cooking suite with the advantages of separate units. The large 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven features five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and metal to metal door seal, to ensure heat is retained exactly where it is needed - in the oven chamber. This unit is IPX5 rated and is supplied on adjustable castors.
