A Falcon Chieftain gas range, designed to withstand the rigours of a high output commercial kitchen, with a twin bullseye hob that can reach +520°C, a 150mm plating area and a large cavity gas oven, fitted with a reinforced drop-down door. The machine is built on castors to make it easy to manoeuvre and the stainless steel finish ensures the range is easy to keep clean.
