Gelato Chef 5 litre, the compact gelato machine for professional use, with removable bowl and density control switch. It is possible to produce up to 1kg (1.4L) of mixture in 25-30 minutes, using the removable bowl. The refrigeration and blending systems are designed for long working cycles. The magnetic safety device automatically stops the paddles when the lid is lifted. Automatic function ¿ when the production consistency is at the right density the machine automatically goes into storage mode, continuously lapping to keep the gelato mixture at the right consistency.
