With its powerful hob burner, alongside cast iron hob filling and reinforced drop down oven door, the natural gas Falcon G1006BX Solid Top Oven Range is ideal for everyday use in the busiest commercial kitchens. The addition of the solid top adds extra flexibility to your kitchen, thanks to the powerful 9.6kW hob burner which provides zonal heat and multiple pan cooking. The oven itself is highly powerful and can accommodate up to two double size (2/1) Gastronorm pans over four shelf positions. Simple thermostat control ensures accuracy and ease of use.
