From pancakes and eggs to steaks and chicken, the G9541 smooth polished steel griddle plate is ideal. This model has an 18mm thick plate, two 8.2kW burners, is thermostatically-controlled and has a temperature range of 100-300°C. The plate is completely surrounded by a grease trough which, along with a removable grease collection area makes the G9581 easy to clean.
