Hatco has teamed up with Suntec to create the FWM-1B Flip Belgian Waffle Maker - a powerful cooking solution specifically designed for many hours of continuous, everyday use.

Featuring an exclusive heating element design with 180° swivel mechanism, the waffle maker provides exceptional heat distribution throughout the entire cooking plate, delivering evenly-cooked waffles in minutes.

With adjustable time and temperature controls, operators can easily "dial in" the perfect cooking profile for their particular operation or use different batters to expand menu offerings. A simple push button control panel with an LED display shows timer, temperature and status information, while a beeper signals the end of a cooking cycle.

Advice from our experts:
If your waffles stick to the plates, it could be because of the type of mix you're using. Waffle mixes with low sugar content can be cooked at higher temperatures, while high sugar mixes require a lower temperature to stop the outside caramelising before the inside has cooked. Using a little spray oil can also help release the waffles too.
