Able to accommodate up to 28 full size (1/1) gastronorm pans or a massive 108 plated meals (up to 10" plates), the Victor is perfect for conferences, universities, weddings and other similar grand catering occasions. Heavy duty lockable castors, alongside the useful all-round bumpers and push/pull bars make the cart easy to manoeuvre without damaging furniture. Also includes a integral water reservoir to prevent food drying out.
