The internal storage is truly huge - allowing up to 108 plated meals (on 10" plates) or up to 28 full size (1/1) gastronorm pans. Storage is over two levels, each accessed by independent doors, so you can save energy by only opening the compartment that you need. Fitted with sturdy braked castors and all-round bumpers.
