The 120cm Matfer Bourgeat Ergo giant stainless steel whisk is specifically designed to reduce fatigue in kitchens where heavy mixing and stirring takes place. Lightweight and with an extended exoglass handle, the whisk enables use in the correct body position, with wrists in line with forearms to reduce the risk of muscular-skeletal disorders.
