The Versicarte mobile bains marie servery counter offers the ultimate in service, practicality and manoeuvrability. The compact design features three 1/1 GN dry well bains marie with divider bars to allow a variety of 150mm deep GN pan sizes to be used. Sliding doors offer good access to the two-shelf hot cupboard below, which is fitted with removable rodded shelves with heavy duty stainless steel supports. A thermostatic control allows the hot cupboard temperature to be varied between 30-110 degrees. The heated and illuminated gantry with two-position glass sneeze screen provides additional heat and attractive display. The sneeze screen can be easily repositioned for either assisted or self-service applications. A drop down triple tube tray slide provides a level surface to rest trays or plates during service and can be easily folded away when not in use.
