Monin caramel sauce is perfect for enhancing coffee, chocolate and cocktail creations, while also adding a rich, indulgent touch to cooking and baking. Its decadent caramel flavour makes it also ideal for dessert toppings, milkshakes, frappes, and garnishes.

This 1.89-litre bottle of Monin Caramel Sauce provides approximately 25 servings. Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails and 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on your recipe.
