Designed for performance, the Mono effortlessly sheets the dough or pastry to the exact thickness required, taking all the time and effort out of the process.
Constructed from hygienic stainless steel, the Mono sheeter is highly durable, and thanks to simple controls, the dough thickness can be quickly and easily changed with the adjustable ergonomic handle.
