With its compact footprint, the cold room provides an incredible 9702Ltr of capacity, providing you with ample space to store bulk ingredients safely between 0°C and +8°C. High-density polyurethane insulation, a forced-air circulation system and an R290-charged hermetic compressor maintain consistent temperatures in ambient conditions up to 40°C, helping reduce running costs whilst keeping produce fresher for longer - even in hotter kitchen areas.

Durable white galvanised steel panels are easy to connect quickly using corrosion-resistant turnbuckles, creating an airtight seal that's simple to assemble and built to last. Daily operation is made safer and easier by an embossed anti-slip floor, integrated interior release, digital controller and automatic hot gas defrost with heated drain. Fast-clean surfaces, replaceable door seals and hassle-free water management minimise maintenance downtime, ensuring the Polar G-Series cold room remains a reliable, hygienic core of any professional kitchen.
