The RFE12 is a powerful single tank, 12 litre, fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (16kg/hr fresh output). The cold zone of oil below the elements helps to prolong the life of your oil. Of sturdy stainless steel construction, this unit will sit on a standard depth counter or the RF-MS Stainless Steel Cabinet.
Also available is our CW12 Chip Scuttle, styled to sit alongside the RFE12, giving you a modular cook and serve option.
Features: Safety taps for easy oil drainage; 180°C operating thermostat; additional safety thermostat; safety micro switch to ensure correct positioning of element; heat resistant basket handle.
