Description
The SVT-01002 SousVideTools 128-Litre Compact Water Bath features a vibrant blue touch screen display, ensuring visibility throughout the kitchen. With a remarkable accuracy of 0.1°C, this water bath is designed to meet high standards. Engineered for professional chefs, its solid and contemporary design ensures durability.Facilitating efficient organisation, the water bath includes 4 movable stainless steel partitions for easy separation of food during the cooking process. This not only enables greater portion control but also aids in identifying different sections of food for convenient cooking. The partitions are particularly useful for distinguishing products just placed in the bath from those already prepared and 'on hold.'
Strategically positioning the heater and temperature sensor under the inner tank optimises temperature control. Natural convection circulates water around the bath, while removable lids minimize evaporation and help maintain the water bath's temperature.
The model incorporates low water level protection, automatically shutting off and sounding an alarm if the water bath is turned on empty or if the water level drops below the minimum requirement, preventing damage.
