With Callebaut's hazelnut bresilienne, you have a lovely crunchy and tasty texture at your fingertips to give your desserts, pastries and drinks a little extra flair. Simply sprinkle on wet chocolate before hardening to create wonderfully crispy nut covered chocolates. Mixed with chocolate, gianduja, ganache or caramel, Callebaut's hazelnut bresilienne will keep its crunch. It can even be used as an inclusion or sprinkled on dough and then baked in the oven.
