Safe, reliable and strong, this 150mm deep high heat 1/6 gastronorm tray from Cambro has a reinforced textured handle with finger grip for extra security when moving the tray. Safe for cooking applications up to 190°C, the tray is more than capable of handling hot oil deposits. The temperature range of -40°C to 190°C also means the tray can go from prep to the cooler, oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling. This also saves the use of several other trays and cleaning. This high heat tray is microwave safe and suitable for freezing, cooking and reheating. The flat bottom design also ensures even heat distribution to help eliminate hot and cold spots.
