This Caribbean mari base is made from a variety of spices and citrus fruits. It is perfect for adding bold flavour to chicken, salmon, steak, vegetables, fish, and kebabs. Each pack marinates approximately 83 servings.

It is halal certified, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and is allergen free.

Ingredients - Water, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, sunflower oil, grapefruit juice concentrate (3%), yeast extract, modified waxy maize starch, lemon peel (2.5%), black pepper, allspice, onion powder, paprika, orange juice concentrate (0.5%), cayenne pepper, acidity regulator (citric acid), garlic powder, clove, spice & herb, bay, preservatives (potassium sorbate & sodium benzoate).
