As the name suggests, the Sage Control Freak Induction Hob allows you to cook with complete precision.
A truly innovative cooking solution, the Control Freak features two built-in probes which measure both the temperature of the pan and the temperature of the food. This means the hob can automatically adjust the temperature to keep to your recipe, whilst also preventing boil overs or burning. More delicate recipes are made easy - simply select the correct cooking programme and let the hob do the rest. And as the hob uses induction cooking technology, the unit uses much less energy than traditional gas or electric hobs.
Supplied with handy protective carrying bag.
