Falernum is a spiced lime cordial from Barbados, traditionally served in a Rum Swizzle. Its main flavours are zingy lime, warm cinnamon and aromatic clove. This Bristol Syrup Co. No.9 Falernum Syrup pairs perfectly with the caramel and vanilla notes found in Caribbean rums but is also a great match for citrus and tequila. The syrup contains British Beet sugar and is free from artificial colours and GMO's.
