Buffalo 6 Burner Gas Oven Range with Castors

The Buffalo six burner range is fuelled by natural gas or can be converted to propane. Features high performance burners with cast iron pan supports and a general purpose, 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven. The wide temperature range and five shelf positions make the range extremely versatile, and the twin oven doors with individual catches helps retain heat increasing energy efficiency. The range also features laser etched control icons and low profile oven door handles to help save work space. The cooking range is made of stainless steel and is of sturdy and rigid construction. The stainless steel internal makes cleaning easier. The six burner range oven will accommodate five x 2/1 Gastronorm containers on each of the cooking shelves. The top burners are manual light but the oven burners are piezo ignition or taper. Flame failure device is fitted to all gas burners. The top burners are sealed into a pressed hob designed to hold any reasonable spillage and for easy cleaning. The gas burner controls are contained in a fascia panel below the top hob. Set on castors for easy placement and moving during cleaning.
