Excess fat is efficiently channelled into a 1-litre collection drawer, preventing the build-up of grease on the cooking surface.

Built with a strong stainless steel construction, the griddle features fully welded plates that eliminate dirt traps, making it both durable and easy to clean. Side and rear splash guards help contain grease and spills, keeping surrounding surfaces mess-free.
