Designed to fit up to 16 double size (2/1) gastronorm pans, there's plenty of space for large events. And thanks to its intuitive controls, the banquet cabinet can be heated between 70 and 82°C - ideal for holding and transporting hot food between your kitchen and service areas. Plus, circulation fans provide even temperature distribution and fast warm-up times.
High-density, 75mm insulation helps to retain cabinet temperatures without an increase in energy consumption.
Sturdy heavy-duty castors and handles make the Buffalo banquet cart easy to move, whilst lockable brakes ensure that the cabinet doesn't move accidentally. And the cabinet is also easy to clean, thanks to rounded internal corners and stainless steel construction throughout.
