Chef & Sommelier Open 'Up Decanters 1.4Ltr (2 Pack)

Chef & Sommelier's Open 'Up Decanter is designed to oxygenate young wines without raising their temperature. Its interior angle and neck height are engineered to maximise aeration as wine passes through the spout, while keeping the wine cool.

The Open 'Up decanter features a wide, diabolo-shaped neck that allows wine molecules to collide, enhancing contact with air. As wine fills the lower bowl to about half the bulb, the air-wine interface is maximised, supporting proper flavour development. The design also helps ensure sediment stays in the bottle during pouring.

The Chef & Sommelier's Open 'Up Decanter also includes a bevel-cut spout and "Drop Control" treatment for drip-free pouring. The lip is laser-cut and polished, and the glass is flame-polished for a clean finish. Supplied in a pack of two, each decanter is made from "High Transparency" glass and is dishwasher safe.
