The G31525 chargrill has 15 heavy duty, double sided cast iron brander bars, cast iron burners and radiants that deliver controllable, constant heat, an extended cooking area and variable burner control to help reduce energy consumption. The advanced design provides optimum heat transfer and distribution, ensuring even cooking right across the large grilling surface, enabling you to produce succulent, perfectly branded food.
