The G3425 chargrill has 4 heavy duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars, cast iron burners. The radiants deliver controllable, constant heat across the extended cooking area and variable burner control to help reduce energy consumption. The advanced design provides optimum heat transfer and distribution to ensure even cooking right across the entire grilling surface. This enables you to produce succulent, perfectly branded food.
