Overnight cooking with automatic hold supports consistent results with reduced energy use and labour, and included temperature probes ensure accurate core temperature monitoring.

Generous 1/1 GN-compatible capacity with 15 shelf positions and three shelves makes batch cooking and banqueting simple - shelves measure 435(W) x 630(D)mm. Up to 48 recipes can be stored for fast, repeatable programming, streamlining staff training and service. A removable drip tray speeds clean-down, and easy-replace elements, 316 stainless steel construction and robust castors are built for demanding commercial kitchens.
