Inside, the Grace & Green On the Go Period kit contains a carefully balanced mix of period care essentials, including tampons, pads, liners and biodegradable wet wipes, ensuring coverage for different flows and preferences and making it suitable for a wide range of users and situations.

Each kit includes: 8 non-applicator tampons (4 regular, 4 super), 8 applicator tampons (4 regular, 4 super), 20 medium pads, 20 liners, and a pack of 25 biodegradable wet wipes.
