The Hatco has accurate adjustable temperature control, as well as an innovate pan edge offset - this helps to prevent condensation from dripping onto countertops. In addition, the HW-FUL can accept a full size (1/1GN) gastronorm tray, making it ideal for transferring dishes straight from the oven to the warmer.
