Heinz tartare sauce is a creamy sauce with crunchy gherkins, capers and a twist of lemon. It makes an excellent accompaniment to fried, grilled, poached or baked fish.Packed in easy-tear sachets, these convenient single-serve sauce portions are perfect for providing your customer with just the right amount of Heinz tartare sauce for their meal. They are ideal for all sectors of the hospitality and catering industry, and are a great way to control portion size.
Ingredients - Rapeseed Oil, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Gherkins 8% (Contain Firming Agent (Calcium Chloride). Capers 6%, Modified Starch, Salt, EGG Yolk Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Preservative - Potassium Sorbate, Thickeners - Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum.
