Designed for direct insertion into food, the Hygiplas digital oven probe thermometer ensures accurate temperature readings every time. The digital display features magnetic strips so it can be stuck to the front of an oven for easy reading and handling. The alarm can be used to count either up to or down from 24 hours and can be programmed to sound an alarm when the temeperature reaches a specified limit.
