The Large King Edward Potato Baker makes perfect baked potatoes, hot and ready to serve in approximately 60 minutes. It is a highly efficient and versatile convection oven which can also be used to cook other foods. Hand built with vitreous enamelled coloured panels, solid cast doors and stainless steel interior, the oven also illuminates the potatoes in the top display area so customers know when they are ready to be served. The PB2 has a capacity of up to 100 potatoes; 50 in main oven, plus the same quantity in the display area.
