A great choice for breakfast bars, meat grills and steakhouses alike, this Lincat Opus 800 Gas Griddle is the quickest and most efficient method for mass frying steaks, burgers and other meats without compromising on quality. Using two independent heat zones to allow precise control over separate meals, you can choose a flat or ribbed plate to create either standard or barbecue branded meat dependent on customer request. Any excess fat spilled during cooking is quickly maintained thanks to a debris drawer housed beneath the griddle plate to help reduce cleaning times.
