The comprehensive Opus 800 Propane Fryer gives you the capacity to continue cooking fried foods even at the busiest hours of the day, thanks to its productive pumped filtration system that filters used oil for reuse. As a result you spend less on new oil and you're able to keep the machine operational continuously, especially since the filter can work while the oil is still hot. Inboard drainage on the machine removes any spent oil into an internal bucket, removing the hassle of fitting an external drainpipe.
