Prepare meats for burgers, hot dogs, wraps and other foods with this high-output Lincat Opus 800 Griddle, with precise temperature controls to cook meals to customer preference. The left and right hand sections can be independently controlled to cook different meats simultaneously or to provide an economic solution if there is a dip in demand. A heightened splashguard helps reduces spillage across other kitchen appliances, meanwhile a thick drain hole and 2.5 litre collection drawer for fat helps keep cleaning on the griddle as trouble free as possible.
