The heavy duty Lincat Opus 800 Propane Gas Griddle provides all you need for consistent high output cooking of foods such as burgers, steaks and other meats. Equipped with two individual heat zones you can choose to increase output or diversify your cooking, with precise temperature controls and a timer available to ensure everything is cooked perfectly. Alternatively you can choose to use a single zone to save energy and running costs during non-peak periods.
